Lean Agile Supply Chain
What is it?
This program covers the entire Lean Agile Supply Chain spectrum: procurement, delivery management, transportation, operations, inventory management, customer management, and quality control.
In the first stage (current state review), participants learn to assess Supply Chain constraints and identify opportunities using specialized tools.
In the second stage (future state design), participants develop a re-designed supply chain, an implementation strategy and future state roadmap.
The Supply Chain and Heijunka workshop provides advanced training covering:
