Lean Agile Blackbelt Program
What is it?
Lean Sensei’s Blackbelt program is one of the most advanced kaizen programs in the world. The Blackbelt Program is an expert-level program that challenges participants to become not just a Lean specialist, but also an Agile expert. This program is unique in the industry – it offers LSI’s pioneer Lean Agile framework, which significantly and effectively changes the way businesses conduct continuous improvement.
Our Blackbelt is also the only program in the world that includes our renowned Japan Lean Tour – an insightful trip designed for participants who are serious about learning and applying a continuous improvement culture within their organizations. The Blackbelt program builds upon Greenbelt knowledge and focuses on Lean Agile strategy and the strategic deployment of Lean Agile framework. It is structured around the Lean Agile Excellence (LE) model. Graduates also become a certified Scrum Master – which essentially means that they receive dual certification - Blackbelt and Scrum Master.
